مبادرة “الناشر للإقتصاد الإبداعي والإستثمار في الشمس” تثمن شراكة ألمانيا ومصر من أجل التنمية المستدامة والسلام

تُشيد مبادرة “الناشر للاقتصاد الإبداعي ونشر وإدارة المعرفة والاستثمار في الشمس في الطاقة والمياه والغذاء لمكافحة التغيرات المناخية” بمبادرة الحكومة الألمانية لتعزيز الشراكة مع جمهورية مصر العربية من أجل التنمية والسلام، وتعتبر هذه الخطوة نموذجًا يُحتذى به في دعم أهداف التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز الأمن الإقليمي والاقتصاد الأخضر.
وتأتي زيارة وزيرة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية الألمانية، ريم العبلي رادوفان، إلى مصر، ولقاؤها برئيس مجلس الوزراء المصري، الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، والوزراء المعنيين، كمؤشر واضح على عمق العلاقات الاستراتيجية بين البلدين، لا سيما في مجالات:
الطاقة المتجددة ودعم القطاع الخاص
إدارة الموارد المائية والتعليم الفني
التعاون في قضايا التنمية والمناخ والهجرة واستضافة اللاجئين
مواجهة التحديات الإنسانية في غزة
تعزيز السلام والاستقرار الإقليمي
وتؤكد “مبادرة الناشر” أنها تضع يدها في يد الشركاء الدوليين – وفي مقدمتهم ألمانيا – لتفعيل مشاريع استثمارية مبتكرة في مجالات الطاقة الشمسية والمياه والزراعة والغذاء، من خلال تأسيس شركات مساهمة مصرية بالتعاون مع الشباب والمرأة والمجتمع، لدعم الاقتصاد الإبداعي وتعزيز الأمن الغذائي ومكافحة التغير المناخي.
إن “مبادرة الناشر” ترحب بكل أشكال التعاون الدولي، وتعتبر أن الشراكات مع الاتحاد الأوروبي، ودول الخليج، والمنظمات الدولية، تمثل بوابة حقيقية نحو تنمية شاملة مستدامة، تضمن فرص عمل، واستقرارًا مجتمعيًا، وسلامًا إقليميًا.

The “Publisher Initiative for Creative Economy and Solar Investment” Commends the Germany–Egypt Partnership for Sustainable Development and Peace
The Publisher Initiative for Creative Economy, Knowledge Management, and Solar Investment in Energy, Water, and Food to Combat Climate Change commends the German government’s initiative to strengthen its partnership with the Arab Republic of Egypt in support of development and peace. This step is seen as a model of international cooperation aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and regional stability.
The visit of Germany’s Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, Ms. Reem Alabali-Radovan, to Egypt and her meeting with Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly and relevant ministers highlights the strategic depth of bilateral relations, especially in areas of:
Renewable energy and private sector support
Water resource management and technical education
Climate action, development, and refugee hosting
Humanitarian challenges in Gaza
Regional peace and cooperation
The Publisher Initiative affirms its readiness to partner with international stakeholders — especially Germany — to launch innovative investment projects in solar energy, water, agriculture, and food, through the establishment of Egyptian joint-stock companies in collaboration with youth, women, and local communities. The aim is to advance the creative economy, food security, and climate resilience.
The Initiative welcomes all forms of international collaboration and believes that partnerships with the European Union, the Gulf region, and global organizations are vital gateways for inclusive sustainable development, job creation, social stability, and regional peace.

آخر أنشطة المبادرة:
معرض فنون الحضارات والاستدامة
تم تنظيمه بجاليري وهبة العطار في الزمالك خلال شهر يوليو 2025، وشارك فيه فنانين من عدة دول بهدف الدمج بين الفن، الحضارة، وأهداف التنمية المستدامة.
حصول أحمد السيد الشرقاوي على شهادة DAAD
في 20 يوليو 2025، حصل مؤسس المبادرة على شهادة مشاركة من الهيئة الألمانية للتبادل العلمي (DAAD) عن حضوره دورة بعنوان:
> “Knowledge Management in Scientific Organizations/Universities”
(إدارة المعرفة في المؤسسات والجامعات العلمية)
وذلك في مقر المكتب الإقليمي لـ DAAD بالقاهرة، ضمن برنامج DAAD Kairo Akademie، وهو ما يعزز التوجه العلمي والمعرفي للمبادرة وربطها بالشراكات الدولية والتحول الرقمي.

“Arts of Civilizations and Sustainability” Exhibition
Organized at Wahba Art Gallery in Zamalek throughout July 2025, the exhibition brought together artists from different countries, blending art, heritage, and sustainable development goals in a creative cultural event.
Participation in a Knowledge Management Program by DAAD
On July 20, 2025, Mr. Ahmed El-Sayed El-Sharqawi received a Certificate of Participation from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) for attending a professional training module titled:
> “Knowledge Management in Scientific Organizations / Universities”
This workshop was held at the DAAD Regional Office in Cairo as part of the DAAD Kairo Akademie, further reinforcing the initiative’s commitment to digital transformation, international collaboration, and scientific knowledge sharing.
