وجّهت الحكومة بالاستمرار في دعم الشباب وتمكين المرأة..
لدينا فرصة أكبر لاستيعاب بعضنا البعض..
نحن في مرحلة بها تطور كبير جداً تمس المنطقة..
اؤكد الاستمرار في تنفيذ إجراءات إصلاح المسار الاقتصادي..
الشعب المصري هو البطل والمعلم.. تحمل الصعاب وواجه التحديات..
تحية اعتزاز لرجال القوات المسلحة المصرية..
الحوار الوطني قدم لي 90 توصية ومقترحًا..
نسعى لتكون مصر في صدارة الأمم ولا نلتفت لمن يسعى لتشويه الحقائق..
تحية لكل علماء مصر وإعلامييها ومثقفيها..
أجدد معكم الوعد في مستهل فترة رئاسية جديدة.. الميثاق والعهد بيننا قائم على الصدق والتجرد في النوايا والعمل بتفان والاجتهاد.
كلمة السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي خلال حفل إفطار الأسرة المصرية:
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
السيدات والسادة.. الحضور الكريم،
الشعب المصرى العظيم،
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
أود فى بداية حديثى.. أن أعبر عن عظيم امتنانى، بهذا الحضور الكريم.. وسعادتى البالغة، بأن أتواجد فى وسط الأسرة المصرية.. التى أعتز بها وبالانتماء إليها .. تلك الأسرة التى تجمعنا فى وطننا الغالى مصر.. وتعبر عن أمتنا العظيمة.. الأمة المصرية العريقة.. التى بدأت التاريخ وصنعت الحضارة.. وبقيت رمزا للخير والسلام والقوة وإننى أغتنم هذه الفرصة الطيبة.. كى أجدد معكم الوعد.. فى مستهل فترة رئاسية جديدة بعد أن جددتم الثقة والعهد بيننا.. فى استحقاق انتخابى، شهد العالم بنزاهته، ومظهره المشرف.
السيدات والسادة،
إن الميثاق والعهد بيننا.. قائم على الصدق والتجرد فى النوايا، والعمل بتفان.. والاجتهاد لأقصى قدر ممكن..نبتغى وجه الله سبحانه وتعالى.. ونسعى لأن تكون مصر فى صدارة الأمم لا نلتفت لمن يسعى لتشويه الحقائق.. ولا لمتربصى إراقة الدماء والقتل وعلى الرغم من جسامة التحديات.. التى واجهناها على مدار عقد من الزمان.. إلا أن إرادة المصريين علت عما سواها.. ونفذت إرادتهم وأحلامهم المشروعة.. فى بناء دولة ديمقراطية، أساسها العلم والعمل.. وتسعى نحو السلام والتنمية وفى سبيل تحقيق ذلك.. دفعت أمتنا ضريبة الدم وقدمت التضحيات الغالية.
وبينما كنا نواجه الإرهاب وغدره، بصدور رجالنا فى الجيش والشرطة.. كانت سواعد أبناء مصر تشق الصخر.. كى يعلو البنيان فى كل ربوع الوطن.. وتوحدت القلوب تحت ظل راية مصر.. ولم تفرق بين رجل وامرأة.. أو مسلم ومسيحى.. أو عامل وفلاح وخلصت النوايا من أجل تحقيق النصر المبين.. فى معركتى البقاء والبناء.
ولقد كان الشعب المصرى هو البطل والمعلم.. الذى تحمل الصعاب وواجه التحديات لذا، فإننى أوجه كل تقدير وامتنان.. لكل أم مصرية، وزوجة وابنة.. قدمت الأب والأخ والزوج والابن شهيدا.. كى تهب لنا الأمان والوطن وتحية اعتزاز لرجال القوات المسلحة المصرية، والشرطة المدنية، الذين وهبوا لمصر الأمن والأمان وتحية لكل علماء مصر ومعلميها، وعمالها وفلاحيها، ومثقفيها وإعلامييها.. كل فى موقعه كان بطلا.. من أبطال هذا العقد الفريد من عمر الوطن.
شعب مصر العظيم،
بالأمس القريب، أديت اليمين الدستورية.. معاهدا الكل على رعاية مصالح الشعب، ومحافظا على سلامة أراضيه واليوم أعاهد الله.. بأن أستمر فى السعى والاجتهاد.. من أجل رفعة وعزة مصر.. وتوفير الحياة الكريمة لشعبها.. والحفاظ على أمنها القومى واستقلالها.. وريادتها الإقليمية ودورها الدولى.. مؤكدا لكم على ما يلى:
أولا – الاستمرار فى تنفيذ إجراءات لإصلاح المسار الاقتصادى قائمة على توطين الصناعة والتوسع فى الرقعة الزراعية.. وزيادة الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة.. ودعم القطاع الخاص مع توفير إجراءات الحماية الاجتماعية اللازمة.. للطبقات الأولى بالرعاية.
ثانيا – دعم حالة الانفتاح والإصلاح السياسى التى بدأت منذ إطلاق دعوتى للحوار الوطنى فى أبريل 2022.. والتى دعمت مخرجاتها الأولى.. ووجهت الحكومة ومؤسسات الدولة برعايتها وتنفيذها مع الاستمرار فى دعم الشباب وتمكين المرأة، على كافة الأصعدة: السياسية والاقتصادية والمجتمعية.
ثالثا – وضع قضية بناء الإنسان المصرى على رأس أولويات العمل الوطنى وفى الصدارة منها: توفير الحياة الكريمة اللازمة له.. وسبل جودة الحياة بشكل عام من خلال توفير بيئة التعليم الجيد.. والخدمات الصحية اللائقة.. والسكن الكريم.
رابعا – الاستمرار فى سياسات الاتزان الاستراتيجى.. التى تنتهجها الدولة المصرية، تجاه القضايا الدولية والإقليمية والتى تحددها محددات وطنية واضحة.. فى مقدمتها: مراعاة أبعاد الأمن القومى المصرى.. والسعى لإقرار السلام الشامل القائم على العدل.. ودعم مؤسسات الدول الوطنية.. واحترام إرادة الشعوب.
شعب مصر العظيم، أيها الشعب الأبى الكريم،
إن قصة أمتنا على مدار عشر سنوات مضت.. ستكتب بحروف المجد والفخر، فى سجلنا الوطنى وتظل أحلام المصريين فى وطن يليق بتضحياتهم وتاريخهم.. هى البوصلة التى توجهها إلى السبيل.. نحو تحقيق الهدف المنشود وستبقى مصر بإذن الله عزيزة أبية..وطنا عظيما، يتسع لكل المصريين .. فمصر الوطن الذى يسكن فينا..
قبل أن نسكن فيه ومن أجله نردد معا وبالله العظيم:
تحيا مصر، تحيا مصر، تحيا مصر.

The great people of Egypt,
May Allah’s peace, mercy and blessings be upon you,
At the outset, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the honorable attendees, and my great happiness for being among the Egyptian family that I value and I am proud of belonging to. The family that unites us in our dear homeland, Egypt, and expresses our great nation, the ancient Egyptian nation that started history, created civilization, and remained a symbol of goodness, peace, and strength.
I seize this opportunity to renew the promise to you at the beginning of a new presidential term after you renewed the confidence and pledge between us in a fair and honorable electoral process that the world witnessed.
Ladies and gentlemen,
The covenant between us is based on honesty and impartiality in intentions, and working diligently and striving to the best of our ability, seeking the acceptance of Allah. We strive for Egypt to be at the forefront of nations, paying no attention to those who seek to distort the truth or to those who plot to shed blood and kill.
Despite the enormity of the challenges we have faced over the past decade, the will of the Egyptians has prevailed and their legitimate aspirations have been realized in building a democratic state, based on knowledge and work, striving towards peace and development. In pursuit of this, our nation has paid the price in blood and made valuable sacrifices.
While the men in the army and police confronted terrorism and its treachery, the sons and daughters of Egypt continued to work hard in every corner of the country. Hearts were united under the Egyptian flag, without differentiating between man and woman, Muslim and Christian, worker or farmer. Intentions were pure to achieve clear victory in the battles of survival and construction.
The Egyptian people have been the heroes and mentors who have endured the hardships and faced challenges. Therefore, I extend my appreciation and gratitude to every Egyptian mother, wife, and daughter who has sacrificed a father, brother, husband, or son as a martyr, to provide us with security and a homeland.
A salute of pride to the men of the Egyptian Armed Forces and the police who have dedicated themselves to providing Egypt with security and safety, and a salute to all the scholars, teachers, workers, farmers, intellectuals, and media professionals of Egypt, each in their own role, has been a hero in this unique era of the nation’s history.
The great people of Egypt,
Recently, I took the constitutional oath, pledging to care for the interests of the people and safeguard the integrity of our land. Today, I vow to continue striving for the prosperity and dignity of Egypt, providing a decent life for its people, and preserving its national security, independence, regional leadership, and international role. I assure you of the following:
First – continuing to implement economic reform measures based on the localization of industry, expansion of the agricultural area, increase of foreign direct investments, and support for the private sector, while providing the necessary social protection measures for the most vulnerable classes.
Second – supporting the state of openness and political reform that began since I launched my call for the national dialogue in April 2022, which I supported its initial outcomes and directed the government and state institutions to sponsor and implement, while continuing to support the youth and empower women, at all levels: political, economic, and societal.
Third – placing the issue of building the Egyptian person at the top of the priorities of national action, including providing the decent life necessary for him and means of quality of life in general by offering good education, decent health services, and decent housing.
Fourth – continuing the policies of strategic balance pursued by the Egyptian state towards international and regional issues, which are determined by clear national determinants, mainly: taking into account the dimensions of Egyptian national security, striving to establish comprehensive peace based on justice, supporting the institutions of national states and respecting the will of the peoples.
The great people of Egypt, noble and honorable people,
The story of our nation over the past decade will be written with letters of glory and pride, in our national record. The dreams of Egyptians for a homeland that befits their sacrifices and history will guide them towards achieving the desired goal.
Egypt will remain honorable and proud, a strong nation that accommodates all Egyptians. Egypt is a homeland that lives in us before we live in, and for it, we repeat together:
Long Live Egypt, Long Live Egypt, Long Live Egypt.
