Ora Developers Egypt Group intends to launch The Cove, a new residential phase within Silversands North Coast. Spanning 71 feddans (approximately 300,000 sqm), and comprising a total of 1,420 units, including 1,148 homes across the full development and 272 within The Cove Selection, this strategic addition reinforces the developer’s commitment to delivering integrated, design-led destinations that balance privacy, lifestyle, and long-term value.
